On August 26–27, 2013, the project hosted a two-day professional development training session featuring Dr. George Sugai, Director of the Center for Behavioral Education & Research, University of Connecticut. Dr. Sugai facilitated 150 participants, comprising school teams, through a series of structured discussions and processes for the purpose of allowing each team to assess their individual school’s behavior support mechanisms and subsequently determine necessary courses of action.
